💬 Chat with Characters + Tavern Tunes

Hey travelers, Old Greg here.

There were two major releases this week: chatting with characters and the release of all of OGT's music via Tavern Tunes. Here's what's new.

You can now chat with any Character created using the new Storymaster Character creation system.

Character chats are mini-campaigns centered on one thing: getting to know a Character and letting them get to know you.

Your relationship with each Character you're chatting with is shown at the top of the screen and changes over time based on what happens in your chat. This system is based on, but far deeper than, the current OGT relationship system.

Chatting costs 1 credit to start, and each credit gives you 20 chat messages. Every OGT player can make their very first chat for free with 10 free messages. After those first 10 free messages per account are used up, all chats cost credits.

You can now listen to all 137 songs in OGT via our new Tavern Tunes page!

All songs are grouped by scene, mood, and energy and are completely free to stream for any real-life TTRPG uses you can think of.

You can now play OGT on your Apple and Android devices!

All of your campaigns, credits, and players transfer to the mobile apps - and any progress you make on the mobile apps will transfer back to the web if you want to switch between!

Get paid to play OGT! We’re beginning to pay creators to post short TikTok and Instagram videos to help other potential players find OGT!

There’s no TikTok or Instagram posting experience required, all posting will be on new accounts (so it won’t impact your personal accounts), and current creators are making $100-$150/week and working 60-90 minutes/week.
