Hey travelers, Old Greg here.

This week brought two updates: the ability to edit DM responses for complete story control and a full overhaul of the mobile experience. Here's what changed.

Edit the DM's Responses

You can now edit anything the DM says on both web and mobile. Click the new "Edit" button in the top right of any DM response to rewrite it however you want.

This also regenerates any round-specific data so your game's memory stays consistent with your edits. NPC relationship updates, items acquired, quest progress—everything adjusts to match what you wrote.

Now when the DM makes an error, you can fix it yourself instead of hoping DM Chat gets it right.

Mobile Experience Overhaul

The mobile design has been completely reworked for a smoother browser experience. Mobile apps are coming soon, but for now, playing in your browser should feel significantly better.

One change to note: to access your player information—quests, skills, inventory, etc.—click your player profile picture in the header instead of the button that used to be on the left side of the screen.

Discord

Hang out in the Tavern even when you’re not in the Tavern! Join our Discord to chat with other players about the game, find campaigns to join, or suggest what you want to see added next to OGT!

May your dice roll high and your ale never run dry.

Cheers,

Old Greg
