Happy Holidays! This week brought four updates focused on how you see and hear your adventures: auto-generated NPC portraits, narrated stories, shareable campaigns, and custom profile pictures. Here's what's new.
Every NPC Gets a Face
All NPCs now have unique profile pictures automatically generated for them. No concept is too wild—blind goblins with milky eyes, a cyborg Old Greg, a three-headed merchant. If you can imagine it, the system can generate it.
View all NPC portraits in the side panel where you currently track NPC relationships.
Hear Your Adventures Narrated
Click the audio button in the top right of any DM response to have a narrator read the text aloud.
There's a dedicated narrator voice, plus unique voices for each NPC with distinct male and female options. Your story now has a soundtrack and a voice.
Have a campaign worth sharing? You can now make your campaign public to get a unique URL you can send to friends so they can read your story.
All campaigns remain private by default, but you can change this in Campaign Settings whenever you want to share your adventure.
Upload Custom Profile Pictures
If you don't like your player's profile picture, you can now upload a new one. You can also download your existing picture to modify it in another image generation service before reuploading.
Hover over your player's profile picture on your computer to upload new art or download your current image.
