We've been hard at work on some major features that'll change how you experience the Tavern. These updates come straight from your most-requested features. Here's what's coming down the pike.

The Daily Dungeon Awaits

Starting soon, a new weekly campaign will be available to all players. Here's how it works:

Each week features the same main quest for everyone, set in one of the previous week's most-played community Worlds, with the same major NPCs across all playthroughs.

The best part? There will be rewards for playing each day. A reason to return, a challenge to conquer, and bragging rights to claim.

A Living, Breathing Economy

Money's about to mean something. We're building a fully-fledged economic system that includes:

A canon currency, a thriving black market, stolen goods with consequences, dynamic pricing based on your notoriety, bartering skills that actually matter, banking systems, and much more.

Your choices will affect prices. Your reputation will open—or close—doors. The world will feel even more alive than it does now.

NPCs Join the Party (For Real This Time)

You've been asking for this since day one: making NPCs official members of your adventuring party.

In the coming weeks, you'll be able to add NPCs to your roster, level them up alongside your character, and trade equipment with them. No more watching that helpful ranger fade into the background.

Plus, we're overhauling the reputation system. Each NPC will have their own opinion of every player, tracked through a concrete reputation system. Burn a bridge with one character? They'll remember. Earn someone's trust? It'll pay off.

Discord

The Tavern stays open even when you log off. Our Discord is where players share stories, form parties, and help shape what comes next for OGT.
